Our Methodology

Design plans
Every project has a blueprint in the form of a design plan, which spells out how the project's goals will be translated into features and functionality. The design plan raises all open issues so they can be addressed and resolved, and ensures that everyone on the project team is working toward the same result.
  1. Needs analysis.
  2. Project Planning and Management.
  3. Information Design.
  4. Interface Design.
  5. Graphics Design.
  6. Media research and licensing.
  7. Instructional design.
Project management
Interactive projects are complex not only because of their development interdependencies, but because even a small project has hundreds or even thousands of small components that must be tracked accurately.

Phase Implementation
We all would like to see our perfect project up and running the same day, but it rarely happens (if at all). That's why we construct enterprise solutions in phases.

Evolution Planning
Information is rarely static, and few clients or projects are well served by structures that can only accommodate the information that's here today. While the organization of an interactive product needs to be clearly defined and its hierarchy needs to be obvious, we always assume that the number and content of the items at any level can change at any time, and we design accordingly.

Object-oriented Technology
Likewise, technology is rarely static either, and we make every effort to provide technology solutions that are modular and extensible. It is never possible to anticipate every future need, so all our proprietary tools allow for every possible form of customization and enhancement, while minimizing support requirements in the long term.

Quality Assurance and On Time Deployment
We test all our products on a wide variety of systems to ensure the broadest possible compatibility with different platforms, operating systems, and browser software. When we say it will be done, every effort will be made to make it happen.
